Overview
In June 2026, the Law Reform Commission worked with the National Housing Authority and other stakeholders to validate a draft New National Housing Authority Bill. The exercise forms part of efforts to update the National Housing Authority Act of 1960 and provide a contemporary institutional framework for housing-sector governance.
