The Law Reform Commission continued work on its new five-year strategic framework during a validation engagement in Ganta, Nimba County in May 2026.
The emerging strategy is intended to guide the Commission's programme of statutory review, legal modernisation, codification, public participation and institutional strengthening. It also identifies constitutional reform as a significant area requiring broad national engagement and technical preparation.
The strategy is expected to provide a structured basis for prioritising reform work and measuring institutional progress over the coming years.
