The Law Reform Commission received the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs during an institutional assessment visit in August 2026.
The engagement provided an opportunity for the Commission to present its recent achievements, ongoing reform initiatives, strategic priorities and legislative agenda. The discussion also highlighted the institutional support required to sustain legal modernisation, strengthen research and drafting capacity and improve public access to law.
The visit formed part of wider government engagement with public institutions and reinforced the Commission's role in governance, justice and rule-of-law reform.
