Act to Amend the Public Authorities Law to Create the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation, 1973
Approved on 30 January 1973 and published on 10 April 1973, this Act amended the Public Authorities Law by adding Chapter 88 and creating the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation. It established the Corporation's powers over water and sewer services, facilities, rates, finance, audits and reporting. The statutory framework was later amended, including in 1976 and 2017; those later instruments are not represented as separate records unless their complete enacted texts are recovered.
