Controlled Drug and Substance Act, 2023

The Controlled Drug and Substance Act was approved on 12 July 2023 and printed by authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 19 July 2023. It amends Chapter 14 of Title 26, the Penal Code, by adding Subchapter E governing controlled drugs and substances and related offences.
