FDA Regulation No. 101-07 — Public Participation in Promulgation of Regulations, Codes, and Manuals
Effective 11 September 2007, Regulation No. 101-07 establishes public-participation, notice, stakeholder-list and public-access procedures for Forestry Development Authority regulations, codes, manuals and supporting information. It is one of the FDA Ten Core Regulations issued to implement the National Forestry Reform Law of 2006.
