FDA Regulation No. 107-07 — Certain Forest Fees

Effective 11 September 2007, Regulation No. 107-07 regulates classes and administration of forest fees, including stumpage, land-rental and forest-product fees. The regulation remains part of the forestry framework but has been amended in part; ClientEarth's legal database records that section 46 on sawmill permits was later repealed by Regulation 112-08.
