FDA Regulation No. 109-07 — Penalties

Effective 11 September 2007, Regulation No. 109-07 establishes administrative penalty, evidence, investigation and enforcement procedures for violations of Liberia's forestry laws and regulations. Its repeal clause displaced specified penalty provisions in several older FDA regulations.
