FDA Regulation to the Community Rights Law with Respect to Forest Lands, 2011
Promulgated in June 2011, this was the first implementing regulation to the Community Rights Law of 2009 with Respect to Forest Lands. It established rules, guidelines and procedures for authorized forest communities, community forest agreements, governance, management planning, commercial activities and forest funds. It was subsequently comprehensively amended in 2017.
