HIV/AIDS Act of 2010

Approved on 15 May 2010, this Act amends Title 33, Public Health Law, by creating a new Chapter 18 governing the control of HIV and AIDS. The chapter addresses public education, testing and counselling, confidentiality, disclosure, blood and tissue safety, treatment, anti-discrimination protections and related offences and safeguards.
