Liberia Rubber Development Authority Act, 2004
Approved in 2004, this Act established the Liberia Rubber Development Authority as a public corporation, succeeding the earlier Liberian Rubber Development Unit and providing statutory functions for rubber research, rehabilitation, extension, registration, processing and export support. It was expressly repealed by the Rubber Development Fund Incorporated Act approved in 2016.
