National Housing and Savings Bank Act of 1976
The Government-published Executive Law preserves Chapter 65 in full and expressly provides that it may be cited as the National Housing and Savings Bank Act of 1976. The statutory bank later became operationally dormant, but Government budget material continued to treat its legal entity and assets as existing pending recapitalisation rather than as repealed.
