Revenue Sharing Regulations, 2024

Adopted by the Government of Liberia on 13 September 2024, the Revenue Sharing Regulations provide the operating framework for fiscal decentralisation and revenue sharing between the central government and local governments. The regulations support implementation of the Revenue Sharing Law and relevant Local Government Act provisions, including local own-source revenue, natural-resource revenue sharing, transfers, budgeting, accountability and subnational public financial management.
