Executive Order No. 48 — Extension of Executive Order No. 39 Delimiting the Maritime Zones of the Republic of Liberia, 2013
Signed on 10 January 2013, Executive Order No. 48 extended Executive Order No. 39 and continued Liberia's maritime-zone framework for the territorial sea, internal waters, contiguous zone, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf. It was later extended/succeeded by Executive Order No. 59 of 2014; Executive Mansion records further confirm that EO 59 subsequently expired before Executive Order No. 99 was issued in 2020.
