FDA Regulation No. 23 — Administrative Fees on Forest and Wildlife Conservation

Effective 12 January 1998, Regulation No. 23 established reforestation, conservation, research and administrative fees. Multiple provisions were later amended or repealed by Regulations 24, 26, 27 and 112-08.
