Act Creating the Forestry Development Authority, 1976
Approved on 1 November 1976 and published by authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 20 December 1976, this Act created the Forestry Development Authority as a public authority, repealed Chapters 1 through 4 of the Natural Resources Law dealing with forest conservation, national parks and wildlife, and vested the Authority with forest-management, conservation, licensing, enforcement and regulatory functions. The preserved FAOLEX PDF also contains the later 1988 amendment.
