Governance Commission Act, 2007
Approved on 9 October 2007, this Act established the Governance Commission as a permanent public institution succeeding the transitional Governance Reform Commission and defined its mandate for governance reform, policy review, institution-building, decentralisation, civic participation and related national governance functions.
