Internal Audit Agency Act, 2013

Enacted on 13 September 2013, the Internal Audit Agency Act established the IAA as an autonomous public-sector internal audit institution with authority to establish, direct and oversee internal audit functions across Liberia's public sector. The complete Act is preserved within the public Anti-Corruption Statutes compendium, while the current IAA website independently confirms the 2013 enactment and institutional mandate.
