Liberia Shipping Corporation Act of 1961
The Government-published Executive Law preserves Chapter 56 in full and provides that it may be cited as the Liberia Shipping Corporation Act. The Liberia Maritime Authority Act of 2010 expressly repealed Chapter 56 and transferred the Corporation's functions and powers to the Liberia Maritime Authority.
