Marine Vessels, Registration and Control Act, 2009
Approved on 14 September 2009 and published on 21 September 2009, this Act repealed the earlier placement of the domestic-vessel registration regime under Title 22 and amended Title 21, Maritime Law, by adding a new Chapter 11 governing registration and control of pleasure watercraft, yachts, fishing vessels and domestic commercial vessels operating in and outside Liberian territorial waters.
