Amendment

National Port Authority Act, 1970

Approved on 12 May 1970, this enactment replaced the earlier 1967 National Port Authority framework and established the NPA within the Public Authorities Law to plan, develop, maintain and operate Liberia's public ports. The framework was further amended in 1972.
