Public Financial Management Regulations, 2009
Issued to operationalise the Public Finance Management Act of 2009, these regulations established detailed rules for budget preparation and execution, accounting, public funds, cash and banking, assets, internal control, reporting, audit and financial discipline. They remained part of Liberia's public-finance framework until the replacement Public Financial Management Regulations adopted in 2024 expressly revoked them.
