Public Procurement and Concessions Act, 2005

Approved on 8 September 2005 and published by authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 21 September 2005, this Act established the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission and the national framework governing public procurement and concession processes. It was subsequently amended and restated in 2010.
