Act Amending the Forestry Development Authority Act, 1988
Approved on 21 July 1988, this Act amended the 1976 Forestry Development Authority Act by repealing its former section 16 and adding new sections 16 through 23 concerning forest-products utilization agreements, performance bonds, land-rental fees, processing obligations, payment of forestry fees and employment of professional Liberian foresters. It is preserved in the same official archival PDF as the 1976 establishing Act.
