Administrative Regulation on Packaged Drinking Water, 2017

The 19 July 2017 administrative regulation establishes standards and regulatory requirements for packaged drinking water placed in Liberian commerce, including production, quality, hygiene, packaging, labelling, inspection and enforcement. The instrument invokes the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's regulatory and standards powers under sections 10.5 and 29.2(a) of Title 12, Executive Law.
