Administrative Regulation on Wheat Flour Fortification, 2017
Administrative Notice MCI/No.011/07/2017, dated 19 July 2017, regulates the importation and local production of wheat flour in Liberia by requiring specified fortification with essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. It addresses import permission, testing, quality assurance, packaging, labelling, inspection and administrative enforcement.
