National Transit Authority Act of 2007
This Act creates the National Transit Authority as a public authority pursuant to the Public Authorities Law, provides for a national transit system, transfers the Monrovia Transit Authority into the national framework, and sets out the Authority's powers, board, management and reporting duties.
