National Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Commission Act of 2012

The statutory short title is the National Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Commission Act of 2012. The Commission's current official Service Delivery Charter states that the Act was approved in 2017. It establishes the National WASH Commission as Liberia's principal government body for water, sanitation and hygiene, defines its regulatory, coordination, licensing and oversight functions, establishes its board and secretariat, and provides for finance, reporting, auditing and transition. The catalogue preserves 2012 as the title year while using 2017 as the approval year.
